Ray Phillips is principal of the company. He holds degrees in Agricultural Science and Business Administration with specialist skills in farm management, economics, industry analysis and loss assessment. His experience is in the livestock, cropping and intensive agricultural industries, usually under temperate climatic conditions.

Associate Consultants
Robert Edgar is an agricultural scientist with specialist skills in whole farm planning, agricultural extension and community development. He holds a Masters degree in Agricultural Science. His consulting activities are in environmental assessment, community development and land management planning.
Bruce Scott is a horticulturalist with specialist skills in soil science and plant nutrition. He is National Fertiliser Agronomist with EE Muir & Son and regularly visits most horticultural areas in Australia. Bruce’s consulting activities with Phillips Agribusiness include industry analysis, loss assessment and expert witness.
Phillips Agribusiness maintains an association with a number of consulting firms in the disciplines of engineering, economics, resource management and planning. These associations enable multi-disciplined projects to be undertaken either as principal or sub consultant.
